Ancillary Task Research: Jason Mraz

Jason Mraz is signed by the same record company as Ed Sheeran (Altantic Records) and also has a very similar style to him therefore is perfect to research on.

A technique which we want to use in our ancillary task is using a direct scene from our music video on our back cover to make an effective connection.

Jason Mraz has used this technique in his Album "Waiting for my rocket to come". This image is taken out of the music video "The Remedy (I won't worry)" which was his first single released on the album. Although it is not a direct scene, it is still Jason Mraz in the same clothing which he wore for the video. This would create instant recognition for audiences who have seen the music video and want to purchase the song.
