Joe Brooks' music is very similar to Ed Sheeran's 'Let it out' due to the style and the main use of a guitar. Joe Brooks' music videos also feature him playing guitar (His song 'Superman' specifically) and therefore his album cover is also good inspiration to us.
The front cover features him off centre with his name and title of album beside him. This I believe works well as your attention is first brought to him as he is on the left hand side of the page, and then it is brought to the text.
The use of colours is also very similar to what we want to use due to the direct use of natural light enhanced to create a much sunnier effect than the image orginally had.
Joe Brooks also isn't smiling although he is quite playful within his videos, this creates a more serious approach and can show he wants to be taken more seriously as an artist.
