Music Video Research: Target audience
Ed Sheeran himself targets the demographics of late teenagers to early twenties. This is made clear from one of his song called 'U.N.I' which is about the break ups between relationships when distance is created with university.
This relates to our music video because we have chosen to use people of this target age group to feature in our narrative. This is to create a relationship between the audience and the music video which encourages the correct audience to listen to the song due to connecting with the music video.
