Music Video Research: Seeking copyright permission

Due to the fact that Ed Sheeran was unsigned when this song was released, I have found it quite difficult to find the right person to ask for the copyright permission.

Sheeran Lock Ltd holds the copyright rights for the album of Loose Change however I have found it difficult to find conformation that this song directly appeared on this album apart from YouTube which claims it was the Bonus Track.

Therefore, to avoid missing any options of asking for copyright, I have chosen to communicate directly to Ed Sheeran via two social networking sites: Myspace and Twitter. I have chosen these two sites because Myspace is famous for it's music share and showcase where as Twitter is famous is the social networking site which celebrities use.

I believe by using three different ways in which communicating virtually to both Ed Sheeran himself and the local company which produced the album 'Loose Change' enhances my chances of receiving copyright permission.
